I don't know much. But ... if original, it is in unissued condition, the stamp is not filled out with issue date, name, etc. And, if unissued, why are the tabs of a private first class sewn on?

It's genuine. The iissue stamps say (oblong one) 98 Type and the square with vertical lines says it's a size 6, made in Showa 17 or 1942. It's the cotton summer version.
