Unknown Japanese medal

I recently bought some Japanese medals for the first time and again finding myself out of my element. I bought the lot for the ones I did know but will be posting a few that I would appreciate help on. Thank you in advance!

Nah, just a bit of luck. I knew that 禮 [rei] was an older version of 礼. 大礼 [oirei] means "State Ceremony". And I could read "Taisho 4th Year" .... so that was pretty much what Holmes would call a "clue."
