    This shape reminds me of the armored navy helmet & the Portugese contract helmet made by Kobe steel. Does anyone recognize the stenciled emblem on front? These are the only photos I have at this moment. Thanks for looking

    Unusual Japanese Helmetthe emblem looks like the ones i have seen on dishes of the ija also on spoons. imo it is a helmet used in this factory

    I agree symbol is very close. The liner looks like a variation civilian defense but this is first time I've seen the shell used in conjunction. Unconvinced
