I have just had a similar one come into work, but the glass is broken.
Type 2 GOU direct reading magnetic Aircraft Compass. Used in the Type 99 Kawanishi Ki-48 "Lily" Light Bomber and Type 97 Mitsubishi Ki-21 "Sally" Bomber.
