Authentic?

I am curious as to if I should try and buy this item or not? I can buy it for 49.99 USD but I am skeptical of its origin. Here are the pictures what do you think?

These are the markings on the items described as this....

Sheath: Side 1 top) F. Herder A(?)S. Small size N 1938. Bottom on ball tip (what i've been told is a Waffen stamp). Side 2) 3773 with a small stamp, possibly a small-cap g just below it. Bayonet: Side 1 blade) S/244.G Side 2 blade)3422 with a small stamp just below that, possibly a C,G,or E. Handle of Bayonet: Two of what I've been told are Waffen markings

It looks to be a Czech VZ 24 bayonet. It does look authentic but 49.99 looks to be a liitle high. Thats just my opionion. Hope I helped.

matching no.s as well!!!
Ok now I see it's up for bidding good luck, I doubt you will get it for $50

new to site---take it--k98 and matching numbers is a steal---jasper

There are probably not matching numbers, the bayonet was made by Mundlos in 1935, the scabbard in 1938, one bad point is the sharpening of the blade, otherwise the piece have good grips.
