The bayonet itself is original KS98 with stag horn grips and 20cm "carbine" blade. But the insignia on the grip has been added some time later. The frog appears period though not the normal light weight patent leather we expect with this bayonet. This is heavy leather such as used with combat bayonets, though two rivets are missing.
Like most things, price is the main issue to consider, you can find better examples, but you may pay more. It appears to be WKC made, the rounded shape of the scabbard lug is typical WKC.
