Hey guys, Heres a K98 bayonet I've had for a while. Unfortunately the scabbard and sheath do not match which kind of degrades the value, but a cool item none the less. Definetely shows signs of use. Any idea on when it made?

    Hello,
your bayonet was produced in 1935 (letter G) by : Elite-Diamantwerk, Siegmar-Schönau bei Chemnitz (code S/185)

The scabbard was produced in 1934 (letter K) by : Berg & Co., Solingen-Ohligs (code S/242).

    That's a nice well used 84/98 bayonet.
    congrats
