Can you help me? What is the difference between these two bayonets ???

They are both KS98 bayonets only made by different makers with small manufacturing differences.

One is made by Haenel from Suhl (Obvious) and the other was made by Weyersbergh & Kirschbaum from Solingen.

Are there any more markings on the bayonets - such as on the back of the blade ?

Thanks for that - so that one is military issue and I suspect the second is private purchase.

Both are ceremonial bayonets.
2. bayonet frog is for combat bayonet.
