    I think that this may be one of those "process of elimination" bayonets where you decide what it is not, and go from there: With Czechoslovakia IMO not on the list because of the style of the ricasso/blade. No clean out hole in the grip, no raised area for the press stud release, and mid level screw bolts instead of closer to the bottom. And likewise, not a WW I (or WW II) German 84/98 with no German style markings or maker. No clean out hole in the grip, a larger than normal ricasso, and the slanted (cut) at the rear of the grip.

    With the markings that are on it making me think of Turkey for some reason - but never having collected bayonets from that part of the world I don't know where I got the idea from (??). FP

    Thanks for the detailed post! I always highly doubted it being WW1/WW2. But I thought it looked Polish to me? Still not sure.. But the second bayonet from the top going down looks like mine the most.
