I tryed to clean it up a bit, and the eagle is just barely visible but the numbers are unreadable.

The stamp is a German military inspection stamp known as a WaffenAmt (Weapons Office)
The "G" after the manufacturers code is the date code for 1935.
"5674" is the individual serial number for the bayonet - which would have been issued originally with an identically marked scabbard.
