information needed on german dress dagger

hi i saw this in an antique store and hey for $27usd i was willing to take a risk it had no scabbard any if all information you have about it would be much appreciated it says e.u.f. horster on the bladeAttachment 152060

I believe it is a TR Firemans dagger (EM), but there is a piece (called a 'quillon')
broken off the crossguard. Pretty good for $27 bucks though !

'E und F Horster' is a decent maker..........
