    K98 bayonet, produced by E.Pack & S in the early 1940s.
    Number 8964 is a series marker, the letter B indicates the series itself.
    On the body of bayonets are visible marks of German military control.
    Unfortunately most bluing on the bayonet are gone.

    Thank you both for the information. Larry, I'll check out that section now.

    EDIT: wow! just got back from the info site. So this appears to be a 1940 k98. That's amazing. I'll take better photos and register it with them soon. Thanks again Larry.
