K98 Bayonet Scabbard Un-Marked??

what are your thoughts on this k98 scabbard it is unmarked is it Spanish or late war ??
it came with a dated 39 elite diamant bayonet

These type of scabbard was also used for Germany Military Police bayonets.
If scabbards has a stamp of military control, on the bottom of the scabbard.
