K98 Tropical canvas frog in mint condition!?

Hi everyone
Here is a k98 tropical canvas frog seems in unissued condition. Is this one too mint to be a real one? There are some illegible ink prints on its back. Please see the pictures for the detail. Any advise will be appreciated thanks.

Looks ok to me about 20 years ago or more a lot of unissed ones were appearing. On the dealer lists and I asumed they were ok there a lot of repo of them. timothy

Thanks Timothy. There is a number "6" printed on the leather part of the clip. However the number on the other frog I got was engraved on seems "428" or "28". Maybe the printed one is later war issued but not sure. Hope it's not repo one.
