Matching German bayonets are very desirable.
any bayonet that is matching to the scabbard are very hard to find and usually command a high premium in this country (UK) a non matching goes for £80-£90 whilst a macthing can go from £130-£150 usually £150 as yours is really nice condition its definatly worth a lot and is a keeper
I love you guys. "Whilst". As a student of our language all over the world I am constantly amazed at those words that remain in spots. We are separated by a common language.
I got this mint and matched SVW45 K98k in the "b" block that is not a kreigsmodel. I am looking for a '45 dated bayonet to go with that one. Maybe I could use this one as trading material? Doug
