    iam sorry ,,i was talking abought the stag handle one tom has on his site ..mine is the same maker,i just never seen the three rivets on hadle or the maker like that before.

    Pammy I had to go check my dress bayo it has only the two rivets and is missing the center one and I believe Steve is correct as to the brown frog being luftwaffe issue I had just discussed this issue with a member about a month ago.

    Pammy,

    I still think that this is a WW1 sidearm and could also have been carried into WW2.

    I also seem to recall that these earlier WW1 bayonets are a slightly different size than there later counterparts but I don't collect these, although I do use them as an add on for uniform displays.
