Default Parade Bayonet Screws not rivets?

    Guys,

Nothing fancy not even a maker mark just Solingen on the blade. This is the only one I have that has screws though instead of rivets, I have read about it but not seen it.

    Regards

    Jock

i had one about a year ago, was screws rather than rivets, so they do exist, unfortunately the one i had was one of those rather horrible "fantasy ss engraved" jobbies.
mine was an "e. pack and sohne" marked blade, most of this type that i have seen in the past have also been "e. pack" blades. i'll dig in my office safe on tues, i might possibly have another example.. just not sure.
from my limited experience it looks good.

There´re also dress-bayonets made of Aesculap, showing screws, not rivets.

    Me too !

I like the look of how plain and simple they are.........

Curious that it is only marked 'Solingen'.
