    Default S/155G bayonet

    Hi,

Got this bayonet from a colleague - price was not bad(for free).

If anyone has some info one this bayonet/markings, I would be very interested.

From what I know the letter "G" in a S/code k98-bayonet indicate that the bayonet was made in 1935.

The S/codes were used in the 1930's to conseal information about Germany's rearmament - Treaty of Versailles was still an issue.

Please correct me, if I am wrong.

    Regards
