The frog depends to a Dienst-Seitengewehr, ("Duty"-bayonet), 84/98 III, of the Wehrmacht, not to the Extra-Seitengewehr, or: "Ausgeh-Bajonett", ("dress"-bayonet) !

    BTW, the "Walking-out"-bayonet show´s the, (so called), "Karabiner-Klinge", ("carbine-blade").
If you want to sell the WKC with the tie strap frog that's fine, but don't sell it as original to the bayonet as it would be misleading the purchaser. As Reibert stated it's a standard issue frog for the 84/98 (98K) service bayonet, not an off duty "dress" bayonet frog. FP
