Looks perfectly genuine to me.
Matching numbers always good.
Should be a date on the back of the blade ie 39.
Condition - not the best I've seen but still pretty good.
P. Weyersberg were the makers.

I have a nice weyersburg, what is strange on mine is the date is on the scabbard & the bayonet it is a 1938, usually the early ones had like a 39, or I have seen a few models from 1940 that are marked 39, or 40 on the top of the blade where the locking screw tightens on the blade. matching numbers do make all the difference. I have a matching numbers bayonet that looks like crap, but it's worth more than a really nice one I have that doesn't have matching numbers on it. is this in the for sale part of the forum?
