German stamp concentration camp

Good afternoon,

Recently i bought this German stamp. I am wondering if it could be original, and what it might be worth.

It says:
Konzentrationslager
Gross Rosen
Der Kommandant

As 99% of these stamps are fakes, I wouldn't hold much hope for this one.

Chris is correct with the high percentage of fakes. Ralph has already told you about evaluations in your pen holder thread.

I would add that these are going to be high on the fakers list due to the context and thus they can charge a high price. You should have done due diligence with this piece prior to purchase. To a serious collector this is something like kryptonite. More likely than not a fake and thus worthless. Sorry.

That i guess will be wise yea. Bit strange though that all 3 items i posted about were promised to me to be 100% original..
Hope i will get my money out of it again once i decide to resell the items.

Rather seek a refund than try to pass them off onto somebody else. Unless of course, you plan on listing the pieces as fantasy / reproduction, that is...

Wow... I am not trying to be mean but this is not a dumb person's hobby. It takes a lot of study and critical thought. As for someone told me they were legitimate....... who the seller? Are you intending to resell your items as genuine?
