Brief note stating loss of German citizenship (1940) and personal details of a Jewish male.
Note the addition of Israel to his name - this was part of an action in 1938, when all male Jews had Israel added to their name (females had Sarah added).
Regarding the item itself, the dual language format (as present here in the ink stamp marking to the foot of the document) was commonly used at Lublin-Majdanek. However, I have never seen such an example with this layout and type of font used.
