Surprisingly you would be amazed in some of the modern day synagogues of what they have on display! Not in a collecting aspect,, but in memory of a time turned upside down, by some degenerate intellectuals and thugs. Some of the displays I have seen range from the smallest medals and cloth items to uniforms, daggers and sections of rail cars. Tons of photos also that adds to the coldness. The feeling viewing these items inside of a synagogue, can not be compared to a standard militaria mueseum with the same artifacts. People ask me all the time "How can you collect that stuff with swastikas on it?" Collecting anything from any period in history always has its dark side and a reason behind it that intrigues us the most that we desire to learn more about it. The American Civil war is highly collectible to those who are moved by the reason why. The same with TR collectibles and I made mention of this on the WAF a long time ago ,, as we may be called weird and strange for collecting these things,, we are no stranger than those who take their deceased pets to a taxidermist,, and prop them up in a corner of a room. JMO,, but to each his own.
@ Horst.....That one manequine on the right looks a little creepy,, I would hate to wake in my bedroom and see it standing there,, when it was in the basement the night before!
