1939 KM Belt - Brown

Howdy guys. I do not see many of these for sale so decided to pick it up when posted for sale recently. Belt is in great condition, and I was about to put on a KM buckle I have, and noticed from the belt holes this belt has never had a belt buckle added

Thanks Ben, and yes, when I saw the belt for a reasonable price, relative to KM items, I grabbed it.

Well, for the 1st time in 75 years this belt is matched to a buckle. I'll upgrade the KM buckle one day, but for now it still makes a nice, early set

Great looking belt. I didn't realize the Navy ever used brown belts. The Luftwaffe switched from brown to black and the KM must have changed around the same time. I have a 1941 black KM marked belt, so I guess the change over was late 39 or early 40.
