KM Combat buckle

Article about: Hey gang....Not sure how to classify this one...it's obviously a combat buckle but what I like is the KM stamp on the tab. Coastal artillery perhaps? Not sure if I ever posted this one here

    Hey gang....Not sure how to classify this one...it's obviously a combat buckle but what I like is the KM stamp on the tab. Coastal artillery perhaps? Not sure if I ever posted this one here so I thought I'd put it up. I do quite like it......this one is certainly different.

    Hard to find these KM marked green one.s I got out bid on a couple of them in the good old days on ebay. Nice buckle.

    Nice buckle Rob and not easy to get hold of, these are normally classed as Coastal Arty buckles

    Thanks Ben. A lof times you hear collectors/dealers refer to the "blue" late war Heer buckles as coastal artillery....and some might have been - but by then the tabs were discontinued so it's impossible to tell if they are C.A. or not......I think this style buckle is the only real way of knowing wether or not the buckle is coast. art. or not (with the KM stamp on the tab).
