    Sorry Alex I have never even seen one like this before so more than likely post war. Is it even German? Could it be US Navy?

    Not US. I don't know what it is other than it isn't WW II German.

    Thank for reply, Ben. The buckle was in small collection of 3th Reich's things that I acquired in Germany. Moreover, the anchor is very similar to anchor on KM buttons.
