I think you have one of two makers of cross there.
At first my thoughts lay with an unmarked Carl Poellath Cross and this is my main opinion. The pebble detail and wreath is a perfect match
His marks would have been an 84 stamped on the pin.
My second choice is Deschler who would have been marked on the pin with a 1.
It will be interesting to see what a close up of the mark looks like.

No I think it is my first choice, I am going firm with it being an unmarked Poellath Cross.
It is a perfect pebble, wreath and hardware match with the tombak crosses they produced.
Deumer is way out
