I see a mark on the ring but the mark itself its a bit blurry...

No problems for me, try looking at the makers mark with a magnifying glass to see if you can make it out.

I can see nothing obvious about it that should not be there. Looks like a good genuine piece.

Take a macro shot of the stamp and by enlarging the photo you will make out the stamp. That's how I found the '19' on my Dienstauszeichnung der NSDAP 15 Jahre, it was practically invisible to the naked eye otherwise.
