Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2.Klasse mit Schwerten.
I found this nice looking 2nd class war cross w/swords with document, but I was woundering if the document and the cross were actually genuine. To me the cross look like a genuine one but I have doubts over the document. Could someone be nice and help me with this subject? Thank!

The medal and the document don't belong together...the medal is an original Kriegsverdienstkreuz II Klasse mit Schwertern, and the paper is for the Verdienstkreuz des Ordens vom Deutschen Adler (aka Adlerorden)...I have doubts on the document's originality, as the lettering and the spacing are irregular and the seal is something I've never seen on any Third Reich document...
Why would an official document be wax sealed when nothing has been written or filled in on it?
"Much that once was, is lost. For none now live who remember it."
Ok thank for letting me know about the document!
I dont like this set. The cross seems artificial.
To understand why I said that it seems artificial, compare with the cross of this link:

LOL - The 'wax seal' has been 'stamped' with an Imperial German coin.........!
