Hello all,
Would like to post this post-war Souval L/58 marked KvK_1 w/ swords that has full polished highlights and is of excellent quality. Don't believe an example like this has been shown yet.

Hi William,
Were these early post war examples made up for the "trophy" trade from existing parts?
Cheers
Dave
These are what I have:
First up is a KVM MM5 Hermann Wernstein of Jena Lobstedt. This one is featured in Gordon Williamsons KVK book "The War Merit Cross"
Another KVM MM60 Katz & Deyhle, Pforzheim
KvK2 w/o swords. an unmarked KVK 2 MM84 Carl Pellath,Schrobenhausen with issued envelope
KVK 2 w/ swords MM19 E. Ferd. Weidmann, Frankfurt an Main in an LDO box
Here are the Kleine Feldspange and lapel ribbons for the KVK 2 with and without swords.
Orange ribboned KVM, and both KVK's along with a Kleine Feldspange
KVK 1 w/o swords MM 15 Friedrich Orth with case and carton
KVK1 w/ swords MM62 Kerbach & Österhelt with case. A late war example, with the integraly cast hinge and catch and the semi hollow pin with the MM on the reverse. And a late war case with cloth hinge
