A fine early piece in tombac by maker Roman Palme Gablonz a.N. and it has a good clear makers mark.

Just from the ribbon you can't be sure, it looks original but I read somewhere that most ribbons are fake

Huh? Where on earth did you read this? The ribbon is fine, it's original and I have no idea why someone would claim they're mostly fake.
