For the underrated KVKs in general. Do you know how many makers there are Adrian?

No idea for sure Nick, I just counted the makers in Gordon Williamson's War Merit Cross book and there are 71 known makers if the KVK2. I guess we can take that as a rough guide because this may not be 100% correct.
