    Nick i am one of the Leger Battlefield Guides so you might be really lucky and get me guiding you , when are you going ?

    We no longer visit Merville on our 4 or 5 day Tours !
    The gates of hell were opened and we accepted the invitation to enter" 26/880 Lance Sgt, Edward Dyke. 26th Bn Northumberland Fusiliers , ( 3rd Tyneside Irish )

    Could be mate we don't get next years allocation until usually December , i can contact our Head Guiude and ask to do the first week in March , it's an excellent Tour mate !!

    Hell yes Nick (Wool). Can i say that i am a tad envious?!? Either way dude it sounds like a dream trip. Do you know any good sources over their for SS items?

    Yes mate i will have been if it was the Bildeburg in the woods over the rail crossing ? ( There are 2 Bildeburgs around Wolfheze and 4 around there and Oosterbeek ) We had two Leger groups in there for the 70th Anniversary !!

    Yes mate, I was on one of them !!! I spoke to you on the Sunday night, you were with the other Paul, our guide !

    I actually booked the same hotel to go over again this year, but changed my mind so I could go to Duxford

    I wasn't very well last year on the trip so I want to go back again

    Ah right mate i remember now , Paul Reed our Head Guide was with you , you'll have to go again our 4 day OMG Tour is a good one.

    I was down to do the Anniversary weekend this year as well , but we only had one coach out , so i got to go to Duxford instead !!
