This is not an issue item from either the Heer or the Luftwaffe.
It would have been field made only. (If original)

Sturm or someone made copies of these based on a field made jacket. Unless you've stumbled upon an original, this is probably one of those copies. Any chance on better photos? NH

With custom tailored items there is no set pattern or branch associated with the item for the most part. All sorts of patterns and camo show up in period photos with everything from Alter Art (old style) pattern Feldbluse to coveralls. These are the exception, not the rule for the period and as a result there is no consistency. Your post confirms my suspicion that this jacket is a copy made by Sturm. NH
