No, these are the full-width tracks ; the Vimoutiers Tiger also has them. I believe that the Tiger I on static display at Saumur has the narrow tracks which were fitted for rail transport.

The outer run of the road wheels are removed to fit the travel tracks for rail transport on the earlier 'interleaved' suspension/road wheels-the later overlapping wheels type doesn't need any of the wheels removed to fit the travel tracks and then replaced to refit the combat tracks-a back breaking job! First pic shows a late Tiger with the travel track fitted and overlapped all steel wheels-side mud guards also removed for rail transport.
