I picked this belt & buckle up at an antique shop! The only TR thing he had. On the back it has 2 diamond-shaped symbols. The buckle has had so much use you can hardly make them out anymore. Can somebody tell me who made this buckle? The belt, itself, is marked: ST KOMP. J.O.R. II/134 (or 34) 1937 below the date is an I The former owner (Kurt Streibel) carved his name on the belt. On the other end of the belt is stamped "lL.B.A." and possibly some other things that I really can't read. Thanks for any info you can give me.

No, I can't see one. There are two diamonds where I have drawn the circles. But they are worn down so much there is very little left of them.

Thanks for the help. Yours looks a lot better than mine! Does anybody knows anything about the belt?

Definitely an early R.S.S. marking on that buckle. Drop tail eagle is also representative of an early made buckle. The L.B.A. is the luftwaffe acceptance stamp - so you certainly have a matching set. I believe the date is 1937 and with some research you should be able to get some info on what kind of unit J.O.R. II/134 was. Good luck!
Always great to have a unit marked piece!

No Ben, all I have is a scanner. It definitely is the same as pyragin's buckle above. Thanks everyone for telling me who the maker is.
