Help Identify Maker.

I am interested in purchasing this Droop Tail Luftwaffe. I cannot find any maker marks on it nor can I find any similar in the Luftwaffe Makers Thread. Can anyone offer some suggestions?

wpheaton, Let me put it this way... When you buy "Pizza rolls" from Walmart (USA)
Do you actually believe that Walmart has a pizza roll factory ?? Or any other factory ??
The bigger middle man companies like "Toni" make them and package them under different names for retailers... The private purchase buckles are pretty much the same... Made by bigger companies and left
generic or blind so consumers could purhase these buckles from private retailers... Much speculation and similarities can be attributed to these buckles, But... The exact maker is usually unknown... Gwar
