Hard to say for sure. My best guess would be Franz Reischauer Oberstein.

nice original buckle . But very questionable the maker .

Would stay that the front design is very similar to Reischauer but backside is totaly different ........

So IMO is a unknown maker .......

Being unmarked its hard to make any definite conclusions. Though the back side is fairly similar IMO. It has the same style integral catch and prongs. Also if you look to the far side of the catch the wreath is almost unnoticeable which is also seen on Reischauer.
