Luftwaffe belt & buckle, Good?

Does the panel think this is a good belt and buckle or not that I picked up last week ,seller said it is Assman marked.

Yes it was. Just got back into collecting again after 30 odd years and am finding that this hobby is all but ruined by fakes, i am more into helmets than anything else. Now ebay and the likes i would expect it but arms fairs where everybody knows everybody, out of order in my book and i will see them again i am sure...

I went not long back to Pudsey and the amount of fakes astounded me! Some tables were full of them, literally 20 odd buckles all fake

Is that a Kriegsmarine stamp on the belt? I don't see the M but it looks like an eagle.

One of the best tools in this hobby is a smart phone. If you pulled up the forum you could have quickly found out the buckle was fake.
I have photos of all the different SS buckles in my phones photo albums. I can do a side by side comparison.
