Luftwaffe buckle, no markings......... Help

I have a chance to purchase a beltbuckle at a decent price........ but I can't verify originality. I didn't see any markings and paint job looks almost black..... help please !!!

For me in that condition I would pay no more than $50-60, but that is what I beleive it is worth
