Nice buckle with variant catch as Ben commented. Not a common buckle for sure and the maker is basically not known.

I`m impressed by the quantity (and quality ) of answers. I`m new in the World of buckles. Didn`t know anything about „droop tail“, but thank you very much for this information, nobody knew everything from the beginning my knowledge grows.
