Here is a new buckle recently added to my collection.
Unfortunately, it does not include a tab.

Nice buckle. I have one from the same maker, but the marking is a bit different. Yours was probably issued without the tab, so I personally don't think it's a negative that there isn't one attached.

That a very nice buckle Ralph, still lots of paint to it and good detailing. Note the slender ears, very typical of Noelle & Hueck buckles
