    Default Unmarked Luftwaffe Droop Tail Crank Catch.

    I picked up a few things at a local gun show the other day. This was one of the items.
    I purchased one of these at a show a number of years ago that was de-Nazified, I regretted it and have been on the lookout for a replacement ever since.
    It has a leather tab which I believe to be originally installed on this buckle. I have looked it over quite closely and have found no maker's mark.

    Hello,

    nice original buckle with tab

    Can not tell you the maker from buckle but on tab is only marked the leathermaker with date .

    So it often comes by droop tail LW ..........

    Nice early buckle, the maker on the tab did not make the buckle. Very nice find IMO
