Very Nice H. Aurich 1941 Luftwaffe Buckle, Unissued!

Greetings Everyone,

I picked up this buckle in a small vet lot yesterday. I am not really into Luft items, so I would like to get opinions on value before I sell it. It appears to be unissued, as there is absolutely no wear on the catch and the leather is still very firm. Maker is H. Aurich of Dresden. Made in 1941. The steel shows about 98%-99% of it's original paint. I have checked a few dealer sites, but it seems that they are asking rather high prices for a buckle like this ($180-$275 observed). Any opinions on a good sale/trade value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello mate and welcome, nice luft buckle by Aurich and in not bad condition, to me as it is I would say between $140-160 as a private sale, some dealers ask $250-275 for stone mint ones, but they take some time selling them at that price!
