1st model luftwaffe dagger by Paul Weyersberg
Hi guys, I would like to show you my 1st model luftwaffe dagger by Paul Weyersberg. I really love the design of this dagger type. This one has a great patina and all the gilding is still present. The blade is in a really good shape. Enjoy the pictures.

We are the Pilgrims , master, we shall go
Always a little further : it may be
Beyond that last blue mountain barred with snow
Across that angry or that glimmering sea...
Great looking dagger and photos. Would like a 1st model one day myself.
Wow what a beauty!
And as Mac66 mentioned, the leather on the grip and scabbard is excellent
Great dagger as usual Danny ....what is it with Paul Weyersburg that separates itself in detail from other 1st Luft producers? Im impressed by the perfect patina which Im sure all the silvering is still there in between the swaz legs. Nice example!! Regards Larry
It is not the size of a Collection in History that matters......Its the size of your Passion for it!!

Thx for showing this beauty Danny, it fits in your collection like a glove
lovely details and Patina!
What a beauty! A real pleasure to see. Thanks for posting.
Did Goering personally design this dagger? When they designed the sword a few years later, the pommel was too big, and the crossguard too weak. But this dagger is a brilliant design of perfect proportions and awakens the medieval dreams we all hold in our genetic memory.
now we're talking danny, as good as they come mate.
even better its a weyersberg - the most sought after Luftwaffe maker!
Thanks for the kind words guys It is much appreciated!
