Carl Julius Krebbs stamped logo, i do not see them very often.
It looks ok, patina has not been touched, what it's always good to see.
Just worries me grip wire, somehow does not fit into the grip canal.
    Maybe wire is replaced.

    Regards

I don't see anything wrong with the grip wire. It looks a nice example.

    Thanks folks,
Between the orange handle and the eagle, the band with the oakleaves on is slightly loose, is that normal?

The pommel cap might need to be tightened. Can't say without having it in hand.

nice dagger Airborne! I shouldn't worry too much about that wire, they can work abit loose over time.

Is this your only german dagger so far?

The Crossguard appears to be WKC..from what I can see so far. Regards Larry
