F A Helbig/Steinbach KRM marked Gravity Knive

Hello. I have had this knive for several years without really looking at, I got it from a retired Colonel who had been stationed in Germany in the early 60's. I have looked across the web with little result. I know it is a 1st Model, everything works, and it has no rust. To me it looks too nice to be over 65 years old.

I am unable to verify if F&A Helbig produced these. .

What is a ballpark price for it - if authentic...

Helbig did produce these.
A less common maker but not rare.
My estimate is $600 to $700, although you will find them higher with dealers.
