    Worn original by SMF (seated king) Solingen. Looks fine. Springs are often broke in these and you can fix them. I have same piece in my collection and locking spring does luckily work. Link is below for mine with pics with same Waffenamt 5 eagle stamped on Marlin Spike as yours. Are there any other stamps on inside of activator lever?
