Theres a little sweetheart if I ever saw one. Where did you find this little cutie..other than your front step
The grip is beautiful in color. Does it have an even color tone..Ger..or does it have a faded tone on the reverse as commonly seen with these type grips?
Great little find ! Regards Larry

I've had one of these for 40+ yrs, but have never seen the knot!
Thanks Gents for the nice words, as usual appreciated!
The funny thing about this one is the fact that without the scabbard its even hard to see that its a mini.
I like the blacking/greying on the Fittings, and the grip has that typical SMF color tone to it.
Sarge these knots are truly more then rare, im happy it came with it!
Gents this one is a so called 1/2 size mini, being 24cm ( almost 10 inch), there are also the little salesman samples being 20cm ( almost 8 inch)
I have one in the mail and as soon as it will drop on my doorstep i will post it next to this it, to show the differences in scale and appearance.
Danny has a great salesmanbox containing a LW & Heer mini ( 20cm) i have seen it this weekend when i visisted him.
Its a lovely Hörster set with a large Wehrmacht Eagle on the toplid, i hope Danny will post it here, its as rare as they come.
Nice piece Ger, I used to have the example I show here.. miss it and regret selling but an early HEER trumped it! LOL.. interesting mine hade dark felt lining inside the scabbard, does yours? Congrats, Kevin
