    Looks fine to me IMO! I like the rare makers mark. I had an army dagger that said 'WAFFEN' but it was etched and if I remember correctly it was made by 'Siegfried'. Also, you may want to find a replacement handle due to yours being chipped.

    A few issues here:

    The hangers are not Luftwaffe but are Heer Officers daggers hangers.

    By replacing the chipped grip it would become yet another messed with parts dagger.

    If you want some perfect, buy an item in that condition and don't mess with something original, but damaged.
